DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE, ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING?
We do! We only schedule a few privates a week, so please be patient when booking. Your dog will receive specialized training tailored to fit their exact needs and to reach your goals for them. We can train your dog and teach you how to maintain progress and implement structure into your daily routine.

WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO I GET WHEN I WORK WITH YOU?
We offer you guidance every step of the way! We maintain contact with our clients via phone or email anytime they need us, even after their dog graduates.

WHAT ISSUES, OR TRAINING GOALS WON’T YOU WORK WITH?
I am not able to train dogs for any kind of protection work or police work, and I am not willing to take on dogs with aggression or severe anxiety of any kind. We refer out for students who need behavior modification or veterinary behaviorist referrals. 

I JUST SIGNED MY DOG UP FOR TRAINING, WHAT CAN I EXPECT?  
Fast paced fun and excitement, reward based training, advanced skill sets, manners, socialization, learning how to read your dog's body language, discussions and handouts, weekly assignments that improve your dogs focus, and concentration!

HOW OLD SHOULD DOGS BE BEFORE STARTING A TRAINING PROGRAM?
Puppies can begin training the day they come home, ideally around 8 weeks. While we believe it is important to keep your dog safe from infectious diseases, it is also imperative that you socialize your puppy to many places, people and animals. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AFTER MY DOG FINISHES A TRAINING PROGRAM?
We are there for you and will return if new problems arise or old ones resurface. We offer a lifetime of online support to all of our clients. 

Cancellation Policy 
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, we ask that you please notify us as far in advance as possible, by email, text or phone call. This gives us the opportunity to schedule another client at that time slot. If less than 24 hours notice has been given, we will keep the deposit you made to book your appointment. Please carefully consider your schedule, commitment to training and your dog before signing up for one of our training programs. 
 
Refund Policy
We adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct and Responsibility set forth by the Association of Pet Dog Trainers: Good Boy Training is to refrain from giving guarantees regarding the outcome of training, because there is no sure way to guarantee the cooperation and performance of all parties involved. This should not be confused with a desire to guarantee client satisfaction with professional services. 
Good Boy Training holds a no refund policy as a standard operating policy for all clients.
The owner of the dog(s) may have the pet withdrawn from training at any time, however, once training has begun; all fees are non-refundable.
