To book up an appointment with us, proceed as follows:
First, please read our FAQ page to make sure we are a good fit for you and your dog! After that fill out the form below. Once we’ve reviewed this form and confirm availability for your request, we’ll direct you to our intake form and send you our client agreement.
After we receive your completed intake form and agreement form, we will email you our current openings. Booking is done on a first come, first serve basis.
In order to prevent over booking and provide quality service, we recommend you plan ahead.
